Historical facts about aeronova

aerononva was founded in 1987 in a small village in the southern part of the Black Forest region, formerly West-Germany. At that time, our company founder, Friedrich Huber, had been working as a chemist in the aerosol business for more than 20 years.

In the mid 1970s, he and a partner took over one of the biggest aerosol filling companies through a management-buy-out (MBO) and steadily expanded the business.

In 1986, F. Huber sold his share.

In 1994, a formely state-owned aerosol filling company in Dresden was offered for privatization. It was taken over, re-named aeronova and its company share capital was increased to 511.292 Euro to put the company on a solid financial foundation.

In 1996, Friedrich Huber passed on the management to his son, Martin M. Huber. In the following 10 years, a lot of money was invested in the modernization and enlargement of the company, resulting in a tripeling of the company´s turnover at the same time.

Located within walking distance (300 meters) from our company. Enjoy its excellent cuisine at reasonnable prices. The gourmet restaurant is situated in ancient stables and offers also a very nice outside area. Ask for a room facing to the inner courtyard (not to the road).

Of course it´s not only aeronova that makes Dresden visting worthwhile. "Elbflorenz", the Saxonian Florence, is waiting for you to let you discover all of its attractions. Just come and stay for a few days to enjoy Dresden and its surroundings…
