of chemical-technical sprays

aeronova is a medium-sized aerosol filling company located in Dresden, the capital of the federal state of Saxony, Germany. We are specialized in the development and production of chemical-technical sprays. On average, 30 workers are employed, 2/3 of them in the production department (mixing and filling facility) and the laboratory (research and quality department). About 16.000 square meters of operating area are available.

Our company has 3 modern, highly automatic aerosol filling lines that are specifically oriented at filling chemical-technical sprays within a can diameter aeronova producingrange from 35 to 66 mm and a filling volume from 10 to 600 ml.

Our filling lines are equipped with automatic shaking ball and valve inserter, spray head and cap tipper, can and box inkjet-coder, labelling machines as well as box closure and pallet stretching machines. The filling capacity is at around 70.000 cans per day.

We are at your disposal!

Our main propellants like propane-butane, DME and CO2 are easily available from large storage depots, whereas other propellants like propane, n-butane, nitrogen or HFO-1234ze are available from mobile tanks.

An important part of our company is our research lab, altogether with our mixing facilities and our extensive storage capacity for chemicals. This enables us to react quickly to customer needs and changing market demands. In addition, we work closely together with specialized producers on certain fields of ingredients like e. g. varnishes or lubricants.

We usually do not store finished products – this is why we do just-in-time contract filling with our customers´ design and label. For this reason, the minimum order quantity is usually 1 full pallet (of one product). For a 400 ml can, for example, this means a quantity of around 1.200 cans.

It is our goal to give our customers a flexible, innovative and reliable solution for their aerosol needs. Along with our personal care, we want to convince you of our potential to serve you the best possible way.
